Service Fees and Payment
Tax preparation and related services provided by AGI Tax Experts are subject to professional service fees. Fees are determined based on the complexity of the return, the number and type of tax forms required, and the volume of documentation submitted by the client.
AGI Tax Experts utilizes an automated processing system that evaluates and categorizes uploaded tax documents. As a result, service fees may vary depending on the number and type of documents uploaded and processed for the preparation of the tax return. In certain cases, total service fees may reach up to $1988 depending on the complexity and documentation involved.
Unless otherwise paid in advance, the client authorizes AGI Tax Experts to deduct applicable service fees directly from the client’s tax refund through a refund processing service, when such option is available. If the client chooses not to have fees deducted from the refund, payment for services may be required upfront prior to the preparation, completion, or filing of the tax return.
If a refund is not issued or is insufficient to cover the service fees, the client agrees to remain responsible for the full payment of any outstanding balance owed for services rendered.

No Guarantee of Refund
AGI Tax Experts prepares tax returns based solely on the information and documentation provided by the client and in accordance with applicable federal and state tax laws. While we strive to prepare accurate and compliant tax returns, AGI Tax Experts does not guarantee the amount of any tax refund or the reduction of any tax liability.
Refund amounts are determined by numerous factors including, but not limited to, income levels, tax withholdings, credits, deductions, and applicable tax laws and regulations. The client acknowledges that prior year refunds or estimates do not guarantee similar results in future tax filings.
AGI Tax Experts shall not be held responsible if a client’s refund is smaller than expected, if the client owes additional taxes, or if tax authorities adjust the return after submission.

IRS Processing & Refund Timing Disclaimer
AGI Tax Experts is responsible only for the preparation and authorized submission of the client’s tax return. Once a tax return has been filed with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or the applicable state tax authority, the processing, approval, and issuance of any refund is handled entirely by the respective tax authority.
AGI Tax Experts has no control over government processing times, refund approvals, audits, or delays that may occur after the return has been submitted.
Refund timing may be affected by a variety of factors including:
-
IRS processing backlogs
-
Identity verification procedures
-
Errors or discrepancies identified by the IRS
-
Additional review of credits or deductions claimed
-
Government processing delays.
The client acknowledges that any estimated refund timelines are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. AGI Tax Experts shall not be held liable for delays, adjustments, or actions taken by the IRS or any state tax authority after a return has been filed.

IRS & Legal Disclosure Requirements / Authorization to File and Irrevocable Transmission
Before any tax return is submitted to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or applicable state tax authority, the client will be provided with a completed copy of the return for review and approval. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review all information contained in the return to ensure its accuracy and completeness.

By signing the tax return, electronic filing authorization forms (including IRS Form 8879 or similar authorization), or otherwise providing authorization for AGI Tax Experts to submit the return electronically, the client expressly authorizes AGI Tax Experts to transmit the return to the IRS and any applicable state tax authorities.

The client acknowledges and understands that once a tax return has been electronically transmitted to the IRS or state tax authority, the transmission cannot be canceled, recalled, or reversed. After submission, the return becomes subject to the processing procedures of the IRS or applicable tax authority.
If corrections are required after a return has been submitted, such corrections may only be made through the filing of an amended tax return in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations. Additional service fees may apply for the preparation and filing of amended returns.
AGI Tax Experts shall not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from the client’s authorization to submit the tax return once such authorization has been provided.
